Senior Software Engineer

At InsureMyTrip the Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and supports high-quality software solutions that address complex business needs. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable applications while promoting best practices in software design, performance, and security. The position provides technical leadership by mentoring team members, guiding development efforts, and contributing to architectural decisions. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. This role is Hybrid, you must be able to come into Warwick, RI office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
  • Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

The pay range for this position is $104,600 - $157,000 which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
