Job Description

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Performs wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries.

  • Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homes

  • Creates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflow

  • Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues

  • Communicates information to responsible parties

  • May train / provide guidance to less experienced team members

  • May assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service

  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 4+ years experience directly related experience

  • Needs proficiency in more complicated residential transactions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

  • Broad experience with escrow transactions

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office suite

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills

  • Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

  • Strong detail orientation

  • Ability to analyze, compare, interpret and process data

  • Strong knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

Pay Range: $23.37 - $31.14 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
