Senior Epic Rehab Analyst Overview

Seeking a Senior Epic Rehab Analyst to support and optimize Epic applications within a healthcare environment. This individual will work closely with operational and clinical stakeholders to improve workflows, support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain application functionality across the Epic ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support day to day Epic Rehab application operations
  • Analyze, build, test, and implement workflow enhancements
  • Troubleshoot system and end user issues
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams on optimization efforts
  • Participate in upgrades, maintenance, and validation activities
  • Document workflows, system changes, and support procedures
  • Collaborate across various Epic application teams as needed
Key Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare setting
  • Epic Rehab certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with workflow analysis and system optimization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Background
  • Mid to senior level Epic analyst experience
  • Experience supporting rehabilitation workflows preferred
