Profile Senior Engineer Electrical

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Senior Engineer Electrical die zowel technisch uitblinkt als leiding neemt in de uitwerking van complexe elektrotechnische projecten. Als Senior Engineer Electrical ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de functionele als detailengineering en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne disciplines.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitwerken van elektrotechnische ontwerpen voor laag-, midden- en hoogspanningsinstallaties, noodstroomvoorzieningen, verlichting, motoren/aandrijvingen, aarding en bliksembeveiliging.
  • Coördineren en reviewen van (junior) engineers en drafters; waarborgen van technische kwaliteit en consistentie in alle fasen.
  • Creëren van single-line diagrams, kabellijsten, Material Take-Off (MTO), schema's en lay-outtekeningen.
  • Uitvoeren van laag- én middenspanning kabelberekeningen om installatie-eisen correct om te zetten naar materiaal- en kabelkeuze.
  • Zorgen voor veilige, duurzame en efficiënte installaties conform geldende NEN- en IEC-normen (inclusief aarding en bliksembeveiliging).
  • Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; deelnemen aan voortgangsmeetings en risicobeoordelingen (HAZOP, LOPA).
  • Onderhouden van relaties met klanten, leveranciers en andere disciplines (mechanisch, proces, instrumentatie).
  • Technische begeleiding tijdens FAT/SAT-fases en inbedrijfstelling bij de klant op locatie.
  • Actief bijdragen aan proces- en efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen de electrical-afdeling en meedenken over duurzame oplossingen (emissiereductie, energiebesparing).
Requirements Senior Engineer Electrical
  • Minimaal 8-10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Electrical Engineer binnen een engineeringbureau of vergelijkbaar (liefst in Nederland).
  • HBO- of WO-opleiding in Electrical Engineering, Elektrotechniek of een verwante technische richting.
  • Grondige kennis van laag-, midden- en hoogspanningstechnieken; ervaring met noodstroomsystemen en verlichting is een pré!
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van single-line diagrams, kabellijsten en Material Take-Offs.
  • Bekendheid met kabelberekeningen (laagspanning/middenspanning).
  • Kennis van ontwerpsoftware:
    • Must have: AutoCAD (Electrical) en MS Office.
    • Pré: EPLAN/Intelec, Caneco, PDMS/AVEVA E3D en Naviswork.
  • Ervaring met NEN- en IEC-normen en explosieveilige (Ex-)installaties.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als geschrift.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht, met oog voor detail.
  • Leiderschapskwaliteiten: coachen, aansturen en motiveren van collega's.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: helder en verbindend kunnen overleggen met klanten en interne teams.
  • Proactieve en pragmatische houding: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en anticipeert op mogelijke knelpunten.
  • Flexibiliteit: bereid om te reizen naar projectlocaties.
