As a Driver, you provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation while ensuring resident comfort and vehicle safety standards are upheld every trip.What You'll Do: Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations Maintain focus on safe driving at all times Conduct pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment Complete required driving logs and documentation Report resident changes in condition Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standards Assist with activities when not drivingYou play a critical role in resident safety, reliability, and positive community experiences.What We're Looking For: HS Diploma/GED; age 21+ Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record CPR certification (as required) Strong communication and time management skills Ability to remain calm in emergencies Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devicesDriver - Provide Safe, Caring Transportation for Seniors Driver | Senior Living Transportation | Growth
Pay Range:15.20 - 19.05
