Our Highest Regional Pay Scale & Bonuses:
  • Premium Mileage Pay (Based on Verifiable Experience):
    • 5 – 11 Months: Starting at $0.65 CPM (Beats standard regional rates by over $0.20!)
    • Top Scale: Up to $0.72 CPM for senior drivers.
  • Bonus & Perk Package:
    • +$0.04 CPM Performance Bonus.
    • +$0.005 CPM for every 50,000 miles driven (with no cap!).
    • $0.18 Per-Diem structured with $0 admin fees to maximize your take-home pay.
  • Consistent Earnings: Steady 2,000 to 2,200 miles per week.
Choose Your Home Time Schedule:

We give you the flexibility to pick the schedule that fits your life best:

  1. Option 1: 5.5 days out / 34 hours home (Weekly home time target).
  2. Option 2: 7 days out / 2 days home.
  3. Option 3: 12 days out / 3 days home.
  • Note: Our routing goal is ample weekend time off for all options.
The Freight & Route:
  • No-Touch Comfort: 100% no-touch freight and 95% drop & hook. Say goodbye to manual unloading.
  • Midwest Lanes Only: Operating strictly within a 10-state region: OH, MI, IN, KY, IL, MO, KS, IA, WI, TN, MN.
  • No Coast Runs: You will not be sent east of Ohio or west of Topeka, KS.
  • Equipment & Parking: Drivers living outside of 25 miles from the Indianapolis terminal can take the truck home (provided freight is secured).
Job Requirements:
  • License: Valid Class A CDL.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 15 months.
  • Orientation: Must be able to attend a mandatory paid orientation at our main fleet terminal in Indianapolis, IN.
