Job Description:

Ford of Helena is looking for a Senior Master Technician with proven expertise in diagnostics, drivability, and complex repair work. We are looking for someone passionate about providing high-quality repairs, mentoring team members, and continuing to grow with Ford factory training.

Job Type & Schedule:

  • Full-time

  • Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays

  • Flexible schedule options available

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient work on customer vehicles based on repair orders

  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and Ford systems to troubleshoot and repair complex issues

  • Execute warranty and non-warranty repairs to Ford specifications

  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate findings and recommendations to customers

  • Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians

  • Stay current with technical training and certifications

Qualifications:

  • Ford Senior Master Certification preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of technician experience in a dealership environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills

  • Ability to operate Ford diagnostic equipment and software
