The (USA) Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership by aligning business objectives with customer needs to develop and implement effective program strategies. This role oversees cross-functional teams, drives process improvements, and ensures program performance meets organizational goals. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders to manage risks, resources, and stakeholder engagement while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning. The Director champions talent development and operational excellence to deliver impactful results that support Walmart’s commitment to innovation and sustainable growth.

What you'll do:
  • Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program management plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and evaluate enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses and implementing best practices to enhance program performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify risks, communicate priorities, and support informed decision-making.
  • Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Promote integrity and compliance by modeling company values and maintaining ethical standards across programs.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
