This engineering organization supports numerous programs across Divisions and Business Units of the Space Sector. This role will be located at our Aurora, CO or Morrisville, NC office location.

On this team, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. The ideal candidate must have relevant DevOps experience and prior Agile Product Owner experience to join a small team as their Product Owner. Basic Qualifications (must have/required to be considered): Must have an active U.S

Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access. United States Citizenship Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience - OR PhD with 4 years of professional experience. An additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

DevOps Engineering experience including CI/CD pipeline deployment Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab Pipelines, and Scripting Experience with Terraform and environment initialization Prior Agile experience in either a Product Owner or Scrum Master role Prior leadership experience Preferred Qualifications (not required, but nice to have): An active CI or FS Polygraph or have held a Polygraph within the last 24 months Current and active Security+ and CISSP certifications Prior engineering experience within the Space Industry Excellent presentation, communication, technical writing, and organization skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience sharing knowledge via mentoring, coaching, or training others Experience with developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins or GitLab Experience with deployment automation scripting using Helm or Ansible or related products Experience troubleshooting virtualization, automation, and deployment applications such as Flux CD, Grafana, Athena, Prometheus, Karpenter or related products Experience with Linux Operating Systems Preferably RHEL 8/9 Knowledge of basic networking principles (subnets, VLANs, routing, and firewalls) #LI-VC2 Primary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $213,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
