Northeast Fire Systems, part of the Altus Fire & Life Safey family of companies, located in Hopkinton, MA is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team!

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implements sales strategies to achieve company growth and profitability goals.  
  • Updates the sales pipeline and ensures that all sales opportunities are effectively tracked and managed.  
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.  
  • Collaborates with other departments, such as operations and accounting, to ensure sales efforts align with overall company goals and objectives.  
  • Prepares and presents sales reports to senior management to provide insight into sales performance and market trends.  
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.  
 Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the life safety industry  
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.  
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
