Required Skill and Experience

  • Experience in OS imaging and SCCM/Intune.
  • Create and manage OS images using MDT and SCCM.
  • Develop and customize task sequences for OS deployment.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to OS imaging and deployment.
  • Manage user devices in SCCM/Intune environments.
  • Implement Windows Autopilot for modern device management.
  • Monitor system performance and health.
  • Generate reports on deployment success and health system.
  • Analyze data to recommend infrastructure enhancements Establish and maintain detailed documentation of SCCM configurations and processes.
  • Provide support for complex end-user computing solutions.
  • Develop and deploy scripts for automation and configuration tasks.

Preferred Skill and Experience

  • Knowledge of security best practices for endpoint management.
