Job description

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The Sr. Associate - Desktop Support is responsible for providing dedicated technology infrastructure support to business units. This role is primarily focused on the day-to-day operational execution and is 100% transactional.

Responsibilities

Provide quick and efficient technical support without disruption to business flow.

Supply technology infrastructure support to business units.

Education

Bachelor; Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering

Master or Advanced; Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering

Experience

Required: Typically 3 years business experience; exhibit strong basic executional capabilities and begin to take on more responsibility.

2 - 4 years of experience with Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, AS400 client applications, PBX Administration, Microsoft SCCM, Malware / Virus protection, Active Directory administration, Video Conferencing Systems.

2 - 4 years supporting client end devices and peripherals. Ability to follow guidelines and identify and resolve problems.
