ESE Consultants, Inc (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.

ESE Consultants is a Toll Brothers company, seeking a Senior Design Engineer – Land Development for our Princeton, New Jersey office.

Opportunity

Working with an internal team of surveyors, planners, and engineers, the Senior Design Engineer – Land Development will be responsible for assisting with grading, roadway design, stormwater management, storm drain design, water and sewer design, sediment and erosion control plans, and applications and permits.

This position is hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site.

Qualifications

Do you have these qualifications?

  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering/land development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a PE is a plus
  • Familiarity with subdivision design and permitting

The salary for this position is $41.29-$51.07 per hour plus an annual discretionary bonus.
