Job Title: Senior Financial Management Business Analyst
Location: Remote

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Information Technology (IT) IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and Financial Management Support Services position. Supports the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate Spend Plan Management, IAA oversight, financial data reporting, and multi-year budget support aligned with FPAC's complex shared-cost model.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning
  • Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics
  • Ensures timely updates to the BOB Financial Database and related reporting
  • Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking

Candidate Requirements:
  • 5+ years federal IT financial management experience
  • Strong understanding of FPAC-style shared cost models and financial data calls
  • Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems
  • Experience with USDA preferred
