Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to complex business problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of data science projects
  • Develop predictive models and algorithms to drive business decisions
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in data science or related field
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.
  • Developing AI/ML tools for operational use
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
