Description The Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing all phases of a $90M mission-critical construction project from preconstruction through closeout. Collaborating with field operations, subcontractors, clients, and design teams to ensure successful project execution. Driving project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and overall financial performance. Leading coordination efforts across MEP-intensive building systems and critical infrastructure components. Maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring quality, safety, and project delivery standards are met. Working onsite full-time in Sterling, VA, supporting one of the company's most significant regional projects. Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Northern Virginia office. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing ground-up or major base-building construction projects. Data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or complex MEP-focused project experience preferred. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work onsite five days per week in Sterling, VA.
