Senior Construction Manager - Data Center Construction

  • Duration: Perm/ Direct hire

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Construction Manager and take charge of cutting-edge data center construction projects in North Richland Hills, TX! In this pivotal role, you will harness your extensive experience to guide mission-critical builds from preconstruction to final execution. Your leadership will ensure seamless field operations, superior subcontractor management, and MEP coordination, all while aligning project milestones with client expectations. Required Skills

  • 7+ years of construction management experience with a focus on data center or mission-critical construction.
  • Strong expertise in managing complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.
  • Proven ability to lead subcontractors and enforce field accountability.
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
