We are looking for Data Center Analyst
Here are the details:
Job Title: Data Center Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Position: Fulltime -Multiple Openings
Required Skills
Data Center Operations provides monitoring, problem escalation, job scheduling and tape management services for the various Data Centers.
The Data Center Operations team Support and monitor production environments 24x7x365.
Support daily tape library vaulting using Veritas software.
Manage daily job streams using Control/M to monitor applications and submit jobs.
Manage and monitor daily Unix applications using Unix commands.
Use Automated Operations tool (Control/O) to code rules to enhance application availability.
Perform level 1 problem determination.
Escalate production issues in a timely manner.
IPL Mainframe systems independently without supervision when requested.
Interface with Production Support and System Administration groups.
Work with Application Support teams to recover from batch and script failures.
Ensure all production issues are properly recorded in Service Now.
Use Service Now to generate customized reports.
Must have experience with Control-M Workload Automation or some other job scheduler and Service Now
