Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst (Power BI/ Tableau)

Location: Atlanta,GA  or Charlotte.NC

Duration: Long Term

Key qualifications:

• 8 years experience

• Strong experience on Power BI/ Tableau is required.

• This is an in-office role requiring strong analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills, including experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau,.

• The role will also support intake, tracking, and initial analysis of horizontal demands across multiple teams.

• The resource will help translate enterprise and business needs into features and requirements, which will then be assigned to and delivered by the appropriate delivery teams.

• Strong experience with reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation/maintenance

• Experience building and maintaining portfolio-level dashboards, metrics, status reporting, and executive reporting for senior leadership

• Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and present meaningful insights and trends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams

• Self-starter with a proactive approach, strong ownership mindset, and ability to drive work with minimal direction

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supporting Agile delivery and technology organizations

• Familiarity with Agile practices, including writing features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
