Job Summary

The Data Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to support executive decision-making, project reporting, and operational performance tracking. This role focuses on developing structured reporting, dashboards, and data solutions while continuously improving data collection, quality, and efficiency. The position collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights and scalable reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse, prepare data, and create reports for executive and project-level stakeholders

- Prepare data, KPIs, and metrics for executive reports and presentations

- Create various reports and dashboards for project management and executive reporting

- Design report layouts with clear, high-level summaries, KPIs, and graphical presentations

- Review existing data collection methods and identify continuous improvement opportunities

- Develop and maintain tables, templates, trackers, and structured data models

- Implement automation in data collection and reporting processes

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from structured and unstructured data

- Support cross-functional teams with reporting and analytical needs

- Develop and enhance business intelligence solutions and dashboards

- Apply data transformation, cleansing, and standardization techniques

- Continuously improve reporting processes for speed, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications

- Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in data management and analysis

- Strong experience with databases; relational databases preferred

- Strong ability to summarize and interpret data and recognize trends and patterns

- Experience with project reporting and executive-level reporting

- Advanced user of Excel and Office tools

- Experience with PowerQuery, Power BI, and similar reporting tools

- Experience designing reports with strong visualization and presentation capabilities

- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of M and DAX is a plus

- Programming experience (e.g., VBA or other languages) is a plus

- Experience working with data structures, templates, and tracking tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders

- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
