Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support high-visibility Air Force weapons-system programs at Eglin AFB. In this role, you will lead technical evaluations, shape government negotiation positions, and deliver analysis that drives affordability, schedule efficiency, and informed decision-making. You'll brief senior leaders, assess supplier capabilities, coordinate across acquisition and test communities, and manage daily tasking in a classified environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide senior-level analytical and programmatic analysis of contracts and proposals to Air Force weapons system programs.
  • Support requirements development, capability assessments, and operational integration activities.
  • Analyze program performance, schedules, risks, and technical data to inform leadership decisions.
  • Support developmental and operational testing activities, including test planning and results analysis.
  • Respond to and manage taskers from Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) staff on a recurring basis.
  • Execute and manage daily tasking within classified systems.
  • Support Special Access Program (SAP) activities in accordance with security and program requirements.
  • Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to ensure alignment across acquisition, testing, and operational communities.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and decision support materials for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • US Citizen and MUST HAVE active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility;
  • Preferably possess at least three (3) years of recent SAP access experience;
  • Maintain a Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) updated within the past 12 months with no adverse findings;
  • Have a minimum of 12 years of direct, hands-on experience with weapons systems as either a military operator or an analyst within an Air Force or Navy weapons program office; and
  • Demonstrated ability to work full-time in a classified environment while managing multiple high-priority taskers.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed in a secure, classified office environment where noise levels may range from low to moderate.
  • Limited overnight travel may be required from time to time.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
