Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service and products.
- Greet customers warmly, whether on the phone or in person, and answer menu questions.
- Address guest service complaints promptly and professionally, turning negative situations into positive ones.
- Perform all the duties of the Customer Service Representatives
General Job Duties
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Help keep equipment and facility clean during shift.
- Take customer orders to parking lot for car side service.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Criminal background check meeting company standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
