Our facility is an outpatient office situated in a tranquil part of San Diego, designed to create a calming atmosphere for both staff and patients. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with hours between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments. You will collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals dedicated to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to gather detailed health histories and understand their treatment goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate acupuncture, herbal remedies, cupping, and dietary advice.
• Administer acupuncture treatments, utilizing precise needle insertion techniques to help relieve pain, alleviate anxiety, and enhance overall wellness.
• Provide lifestyle and dietary counseling to educate patients on health improvement strategies that complement acupuncture therapy.
• Work in collaboration with physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists to ensure a cohesive treatment plan that supports comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient treatments, documenting progress and adapting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and various health conditions. Our focus is on providing a supportive and understanding environment where patients feel valued and empowered to take charge of their health. Your role in this process is crucial in enhancing their quality of life through effective Traditional Chinese Medicine practices.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Acupuncture or a related field.
• Current certification and valid state licensure to practice acupuncture in California.
• A deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, acupuncture points, techniques, and treatment protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate positive interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Empathy and a patient-centered philosophy that prioritizes the well-being of every individual.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and personal development in the fields of acupuncture and holistic health.

• Practical experience in an outpatient setting, with demonstrated success in patient care.
• Additional certifications in areas related to holistic health, such as herbal medicine or cupping therapy.
• Experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Proficiency in relevant healthcare technology and patient record systems.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65 to 85 per hour, commensurate with experience and expertise, as well as the possibility of performance-based commissions.
