We are currently seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Developer - Field Service to join our team in Bangalore, Karnฤtaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role

Implement Field Service features and fixes under guidance, following established patterns and ALM processes; grow autonomy across mobile, scheduling, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules; build model-driven app components for Work Orders, Incident Types, Assets, Agreements/PM.

Write JavaScript/TypeScript form scripts and Power Automate flows; assist with plugins (.NET/C#) and PCF controls.

Support Scheduling Board setup, Bookable Resource/Requirement definitions, and RSO configurations under supervision.

Contribute to Field Service Mobile (offline profiles, sync filters), inspections, and basic Connected Field Service enablement.

Follow ALM/CI-CD steps for solution movement/config migration; add telemetry, unit/integration tests, and documentation; resolve routine defects.

Requirements

1โ€“4 years (typically ~3 years) on Dynamics 365/Power Platform with exposure to Field Service concepts.

Practical Dataverse customizations, Power Apps/Power Automate, JavaScript/TS; basic .NET/C# for plugins.

Familiarity with Scheduling Board/RSO basics, Field Service Mobile (offline), and CI/CD fundamentals (Azure DevOps/GitHub).

Strong learning mindset, collaboration, and attention to quality and documentation.
