Song Production Studios is Accenture Song's global network of content production studios, delivering high-volume photography and digital content at scale for leading retail and consumer brands.
Our Bentonville studio operates in one of the most demanding and fast-paced retail environments. Success in this market requires an understanding of how content is planned, produced, and delivered within the Northwest Arkansas retail landscape, including the pace, expectations, and stakeholder dynamics of large-scale retail clients.
We combine production expertise with evolving technologies, integrating automation, GenAI-enabled workflows, scalable content pipelines, and traditional photography to improve speed, flexibility, quality, and cost efficiency.
The Role
We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to support our content production within a studio environment closely aligned to the Bentonville ecosystem.
This is a delivery-first role responsible for managing photography and content production projects end to end. The role also requires the ability to operate effectively within the Bentonville business environment, where local ways of working, stakeholder expectations, and the pace of retail execution are critical to success.
The Creative Project Manager will maintain project integrity, support assigned client workstreams, coordinate across internal and external teams, and help ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to client expectations.
This role requires an understanding of how trusted relationships, operational excellence, and forward-looking thinking contribute to sustained growth, improved delivery, and expanded scope.
You Are
  • A hands-on project manager or producer with experience delivering high-volume content, photography, or ecommerce production work
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment
  • Comfortable building estimates, budgets, documentation, and production plans
  • Experienced in client-facing delivery, with the ability to build credibility and trust through clear communication and consistent execution
  • Able to adapt quickly within retail, enterprise, or complex client environments
  • Skilled at identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Practical and curious about how GenAI, automation, and emerging technologies can enhance content production
  • A strong team contributor who can collaborate across account, creative, studio, post-production, technology, operations, and client stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple locations, including virtual teams in the US, China, and India

The Work
Project Management & Production Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of photography and content production projects
  • Build and maintain project schedules, estimates, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and project plans
  • Track budgets, production costs, project expenses, and financial details to support estimating, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Support scope planning, rate negotiation, usage rights documentation, and project administration
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, client image folders, shot lists, production trackers, and digital image tracking
  • Monitor project risks, missing inputs, changes, and escalation needs
  • Ensure assets are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to client and platform expectations

Studio Production & Content Delivery
  • Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities
  • Attend pre-production, turn-in, and status meetings to document creative direction, styling guidelines, merchant requests, and production requirements
  • Develop, organize, and maintain shot lists and production documentation to support efficient execution
  • Support on-set execution to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to creative direction
  • Coordinate creative elements including styling, props, casting, set requirements, staging, and product flow
  • Coordinate merchandise intake, maintain merchandise spreadsheet, assist producer with merchandise prep for shoots, return merch after project wraps.
  • Coordinate post-production services and organize digital files for client delivery
  • Support client and crew needs during shoots, meetings, and production activity; troubleshoot issues as needed

Client Engagement & Relationship Support
  • Act as a day-to-day contact or secondary liaison for assigned client workstreams
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication around project updates, timelines, risks, questions, missing items, and resolution needs
  • Build trusted client relationships through reliable delivery and timely follow-up
  • Attend account status meetings to review project status, pipeline, client relations, and escalation needs
  • Align delivery to client expectations within fast-paced retail and enterprise environments

Bentonville / Retail Market Integration
  • Apply understanding of the Bentonville / Northwest Arkansas business environment to day-to-day delivery
  • Navigate the expectations, timelines, and operating rhythms of large retail clients
  • Anticipate client needs and adjust delivery approach based on market context
  • Support alignment between studio operations and client ways of working
  • Bring experience from Bentonville, or comparable large-scale retail environments where applicable

Innovation, GenAI & Scalable Production
  • Support adoption of GenAI-enabled, automated, and technology-enabled content workflows
  • Help identify where traditional photography workflows can be augmented by scalable production approaches
  • Collaborate with account, creative, production, technology, and operations teams to support pilots, tools, workflow improvements, and scalable content solutions
  • Support ecommerce item content development by coordinating inputs, requirements, workflows, and assets that improve digital shelf content quality
  • Document learnings, requirements, process updates, and delivery insights related to new tools and innovation initiatives
  • Translate delivery challenges into opportunities for speed, efficiency, quality, and scalability improvements

Cross-Functional & Multi-Location Collaboration
  • Support projects across account, creative, studio, post-production, technology, operations, and client stakeholder groups
  • Coordinate effectively with virtual and distributed teams across office locations
  • Share relevant project information, decisions, and next steps to maintain alignment and continuity
  • Contribute to a collaborative studio structure under the guidance of studio and account leadership

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of project management, program management, or production experience in a commercial photography, ecommerce content, studio, or marketing production environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within the Bentonville / Northwest Arkansas market
  • Familiarity with Bentonville or comparable large-scale retail organizations
  • Experience in high-volume ecommerce, retail, advertising, content production industry
  • Experience supporting both studio production and client-facing account delivery
  • Mac proficiency
  • Exposure to GenAI tools, automated workflows, digital content pipelines, or emerging production technologies
  • Experience with content supply chain tools, DAM systems, production platforms, or digital asset workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating with multi-location or offshore teams
  • Experience working in a client-facing, delivery-focused role
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, documentation, budgets, project details, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience working with large retail, enterprise, or similarly complex client environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and operate effectively under pressure
