MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Marketing and Communications Supervisor supports the execution of the network's marketing and communications strategy in close partnership with internal key stakeholders and senior leadership. This role manages day-to-day marketing, communications, PR, and partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching global priorities and brand direction.
The Supervisor serves as a key collaborator across teams and agencies, helping translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with the VP of Global Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing, communications and PR initiatives to drive awareness and impact for a global marketing and advertising network.
  • Manage the day-to-day planning and implementation of campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Partner with senior and executive leadership to help operationalize brand strategy and communication priorities.
  • Manage the development of campaign materials, brand assets, digital platforms, and related creative outputs in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Work closely with the PR agency, tracking progress across ongoing PR outreach efforts, and industry and media relationships.
  • Support the development of compelling internal communications that reinforce brand voice and organizational priorities.
  • Maintain and evolve the network's digital presence (web and social), driving engagement among internal and external audiences.
  • Support strategic awareness efforts that contribute to new business development and brand visibility.
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions, contributing insights and recommendations to strengthen marketing initiatives.
  • Present ideas, updates, and performance results to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and executional plans; monitor progress and flag risks as needed.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Build deep knowledge of the organization's business, clients, industries, and competitive landscape to inform marketing efforts.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Candidates should come prepared to provide writing samples or a portfolio of PR work:
    • PR Writing Examples: At least three diverse samples.
    • A Strategic Case Study: A 1-page overview of a marketing initiative managed from brief to execution, highlighting the coordination of multiple stakeholders.
    • Content Samples: Examples of ghostwritten thought leadership or social strategy decks for senior executives.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate marketing/communications, integrated PR, or integrated advertising-preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and executing multi-channel campaigns, including PR initiatives, internal marketing efforts, and partnership activations.
  • Experience translating high-level strategy into actionable briefs and collaborating effectively with copywriters and designers.
  • Working knowledge of social media content development and engagement strategy.
  • Familiarity with website and intranet UX and digital experience management.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and supporting executive communications.
  • Strong project management skills, including the development and oversight of timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation abilities.

The starting salary for this position is between $85k and $110k annually, based on experience.
