Senior Couple Modeling information

What is senior couple modeling?

Senior couple modeling involves older adults, typically aged 50 and above, working as models in pairs to represent mature couples in advertising, fashion, lifestyle campaigns, or stock photography. These models showcase products, services, or messages aimed at an older demographic, promoting inclusivity and realism in various media. Senior couple modeling is growing in demand as brands seek to reflect the diversity and experiences of all age groups, especially in industries like travel, healthcare, and retirement planning.

What are some common challenges faced by senior couple models in the industry?

Senior couple models often face challenges such as limited representation and a narrower selection of assignments compared to younger counterparts. However, there is a growing demand for mature models in advertising, lifestyle, and healthcare industries, which creates more opportunities. Adapting to different campaign themes and maintaining natural chemistry during shoots are important for success. Flexibility, professionalism, and clear communication with photographers and clients also help in navigating this unique modeling niche.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a senior couple model, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Senior Couple Model, you need a professional attitude, camera presence, and the ability to follow direction, often supported by prior modeling experience or a strong portfolio. Familiarity with industry-standard posing techniques, photo shoot protocols, and sometimes casting platforms is valuable. Reliability, strong communication, and comfort working together as a couple are essential soft skills that make you stand out. These skills ensure that clients receive authentic, high-quality images that meet their advertising or editorial needs.

Job description

Healthcare's helping hand.
CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.
Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

CHG Healthcare is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media team is responsible for driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion across CHG Healthcare's portfolio of brands through organic, promoted, and paid social media. The team manages social presence across multiple healthcare staffing brands, connecting clinicians with the right opportunities through strategic content and community engagement. As a Social Media Manager you will own organic, promoted, and paid social media execution for select brands, build out our influencer program, and support our expansion into emerging channels. You'll also drive efficiency by bringing AI-powered workflows into the social media team. The right person for this role is a strategic thinker who can translate social trends into business results, builds strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, thinks big, isn't afraid to challenge convention, and wants to drive change that extends beyond their own team.

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the brand team, drive the social media strategy for select brands. This includes developing annual plans and KPIs, and translating brand goals into a coherent, strategic social approach.
  • Manage organic, promoted, and paid social media for a couple of CHG's brands, including content execution, community engagement, budgeting, and performance reporting. Modify plans based on results and learnings.
  • Build, launch, and manage an influencer marketing program end-to-end, including sourcing and vetting talent, negotiating and managing partnerships, and measuring impact on brand credibility and audience consideration.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across brand, leadership, and marketing teams, proactively communicating strategy, results, and recommendations to build consultative, cross-functional relationships.
  • Partner with leadership to advance emerging channels (Reddit, TikTok, social media search optimization, etc.), contributing platform-native perspective to execution and community engagement.
  • Identify and implement AI tools that create efficiencies across the social media team, from content creation and repurposing to reporting, briefing, and trend research. Serve as the team's internal resource for AI adoption and best practices.
  • Support lead gen ad testing and bottom-funnel paid social experimentation across brands as capacity allows.
  • Conduct social competitive analysis and stay current on trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building and managing an influencer or creator partnership program from the ground up; sourcing talent, negotiating agreements, and measuring ROI.
  • Strategic social media expertise: demonstrated ability to set social strategy and KPIs tied to business outcomes, not just execute content, across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted, consultative relationships across brand, leadership, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Curiosity and comfort with AI tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply them to real team workflows and build repeatable processes.
  • Familiarity with Reddit, TikTok, or other emerging platforms from a brand or community perspective.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, balance execution with strategic thinking, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Positive and professional team player who can effectively collaborate and build consultative relationships across the marketing division.
  • Naturally curious with an aptitude for learning.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a test-and-learn mindset.

Education & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, including hands-on experience with organic and paid social media, strategic planning, and stakeholder-facing work.
  • Direct experience building or scaling an influencer/creator program is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

Preferred

  • Healthcare or staffing experience.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics) and understanding of marketing attribution.
  • Experience presenting social strategy and results to senior stakeholders or leadership.
