What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Financial Planning

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities, including investments, expansions, and risk‑mitigation initiatives.
  • Create and support long‑range financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Direct all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, audit, human resources, inventory planning, and treasury functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, delivering insights to support key business decisions.
  • Strengthening systems, tools, and processes to support a scalable finance organization.
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee capital planning and resource allocation.
  • Lead continuous improvement across accounting and financial operations.
  • Implement financial policies that promote compliance, efficiency, and accountability.

Leadership & Team Development

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or CMA is a plus.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, including extensive experience as a Senior Controller.
  • Deep expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and complex financial analysis.
  • Strong background in ERP systems and modern financial tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to executives and non‑financial stakeholders.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in commodities markets, including precious metals, pricing dynamics, hedging strategies, and inventory valuation.
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience, including cross‑functional planning, demand alignment, and financial integration.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or other operationally complex environments.
  • Leadership within a rapidly growing or evolving organization.
  • Implementing new financial systems, ERP upgrades, or large‑scale process improvements.
  • Current CPA License.
