Lead Global Accounting and Reporting

Own the global accounting process and ensure the company delivers timely, accurate, and insightful financial results that support effective decision-making.

Strengthen Controls, Governance, and Compliance

You'll:

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing activities across multiple facilities.
  • Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, working capital, and operational performance drivers.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, purchase accounting, and post-close finance integration activities.
  • Partner with leadership on due diligence, transaction readiness, and strategic projects.
  • Translate complex accounting and operational issues into clear insights and actions for business leaders.

Develop the Team and Drive Continuous Improvement

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • CPA required; bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably with a strong public accounting foundation.
  • Experience as a Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar leadership role in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, global consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, external audits, and multi-site operations.
  • Strong experience with manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and operational finance partnership.
  • Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations and cultures while developing people and improving processes.
  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, business judgment, and ability to operate effectively at both strategic and detailed levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, medical device, aerospace, defense, industrial, security, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in private equity-backed or public-company environments, including SEC reporting exposure.
  • M&A integration, purchase accounting, ERP optimization, and finance transformation experience.
  • International accounting and finance leadership experience supporting organizations of significant scale and complexity.
