Senior Controller Jobs in Butler, PA (NOW HIRING)

Emerson is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer - Power Retrofits to join our Power and Water Solutions team in Cranberry Township, PA (Greater Pittsburgh area). In this role, you will support the design and delivery of Emerson's award-winning Ovation Distributed Control System (DCS) for power generation modernization projects across North America. You will contribute to meaningful work that helps customers improve reliability, efficiency, and long-term performance of critical infrastructure while continuing to deepen your technical expertise in a collaborative engineering environment.

This role is well suited for an engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work, learning from experienced peers, and growing into increased technical ownership over time.

You build effective working relationships and collaborate openly across teams. You communicate technical information clearly and seek to understand customer needs. You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and approach challenges with curiosity and a desire to learn. You value feedback and actively develop your technical and professional skills.
