  • Lead Design Review Meetings, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and onsite system commissioning
  • Develop and track engineering plans and contribute to monthly project status reporting
  • Identify, recommend, and help implement improvements to engineering processes, tools, and products
  • Collaborate closely with project management, customers, and A/E firms to manage technical risks and resolve challenges
  • Support technical reviews, customer presentations, and proposal development as needed for strategic projects

Who You Are:
You anticipate customer needs and deliver solutions that go beyond expectations. You communicate technical information clearly and effectively, adapting your message to different audiences. You collaborate across teams, build strong partnerships, and take ownership for delivering results. You approach challenges with curiosity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset, while supporting the growth and development of others.
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 9+ years of progressive engineering experience in the power generation industry
  • Strong experience designing, implementing, or commissioning control systems using Distributed Controls Systems (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) platforms
