- Short-Form Video: Script, storyboard, and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Stories. Coordinate with design and agency resources for motion graphics, b-roll, and post-production as needed.
- Copywriting: Write platform-optimized copy for every post, adapting voice, length, tone, and CTA structure to match each channel's audience and format

Translate complex satellite technology and product milestones into clear, engaging, human language.
- Trend Monitoring & Reactive Content: Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity daily. Pitch reactive content ideas and produce approved concepts on same-day or next-day timelines.
- Publishing & QA: Own the end-to-end publishing workflow in Sprinklr including final copy QA, image and video formatting, platform tagging, UTM and ref marker link tracking, and scheduling. Ensure zero-error execution across all platforms.
Program Operations & Coordination
- New Format & Channel Exploration: Identify and test emerging content formats and channel opportunities

Bring observations and performance data to the Sr. Social Media Manager with clear recommendations for scaling or deprioritizing.
- Content Calendar Management: Own Leo's rolling content calendar across in-house, agency, and cross-functional inputs. Ensure all content is sequenced, approved, and published on time.
- Campaign Coordination with Agency: Serve as the day-to-day operational contact with Leo's social media agency partner for campaign content handoffs, review timelines, and asset delivery

Escalate relationship and strategic decisions to the Sr. Social Media Manager.
- International Content Execution: Support geo-targeted content execution for Leo's international expansion per direction from the Sr. Social Media Manager

Ensure assets meet market-specific requirements and brand standards.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Pull and organize bi-weekly content performance data from Sprinklr and native platform analytics. Surface top and bottom performing content with observations to inform creative decisions.
- Community Support: Support community engagement across all platforms during high-volume moments. Respond to comments and mentions in Leo's brand voice

Escalate issues per the social response protocol.
- Cross-Functional Content Support: Support requests from stakeholders and regional teams on content needs. Serve as an operational content contact for cross-functional partners, escalating strategic decisions to the Sr. Social Media Manager.
