Senior Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Behavior Analyst to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Senior Behavior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you are a skilled and empathetic professional with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver comprehensive behavioral interventions

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need for individuals with ASD

  • Analyze data and develop recommendations for program growth and improvement

  • Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care and support

  • Stay up-to-date with industry research and developments in ABA and ASD

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or in progress)

  • Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with ASD in an ABA setting

  • APCA certification (BCBA or BCaBA) or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
