In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to perform system level ingegration of new software and hardware into a simulation environment for training on the Compass Call Program. You will work in a lab environment using tools to troubleshoot, test and manage issues. The training system and this role is more software focused and will require you to troubleshoot independently and also within a team.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.
  • Hold an Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience in Integration & Manual/Automated testing for complex systems.
  • Experience in developing and executing test procedures.
  • Knowledge of Analog and Digital RF principles
  • General Understanding of Radar and Communication Signal Theories.
  • Awareness of design methods and ability to allocate/derive system requirements.
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred Skills and Education
  • M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 2 years of experience.
  • Work experience with Electronic Warfare programs.
