How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Develop relationships with property managers and residents to promote Spectrum products and services 
  • Achieve monthly sales goals by generating new leads and increasing sales volume in assigned MDU properties 
  • Engage customers through door-to-door visits, lobby events and consistent follow-up 
  • Assist existing customers by introducing additional services to generate incremental revenue 
  • Resolve customer concerns according to Spectrum policies, ensuring issues are followed through to completion 
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and share market insights with management

Working Conditions

The base pay for this position generally is between $33,200.00 and $66,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $65,000.
