Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager - Agentic Commerce to join our product team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you'll own as the Sr. Product Manager, Agentic Commerce

As Product Manager for Agentic Commerce, you will own the vision, design, and execution of products that enable AI agents to seamlessly integrate payment capabilities, building new commercial models for the agentic economy.

Strategic Product Leadership

- Develop a compelling vision and product roadmap for agentic commerce with input from AI companies, merchants, market research, and industry insight

- Help establish Worldpay's position in agentic commerce standards and protocols, working with key ecosystem players and internal experts

Product Development & Delivery

- Partner with Engineering & other Product teams to ship high-impact features to allow agents to conduct purchases on our merchant's surfaces

- Write, refine, and socialize epics/features with engineering teams to deliver value aligned with the product vision and roadmap

- Develop new API primitives and integration experiences specifically designed for agentic workflows

- Support Product teams across Worldpay, incl. backend services, dashboard interfaces, money movement systems, and API integrations, to be agent-ready

Cross-functional Collaboration & Go-to-Market Support

- Collaborate with GTM and other commercial teams to deliver go-to-market strategies with clear segmentation, targeting, and positioning

- Engage directly with select customers and AI platform builders, acting as a subject matter expert, understanding business needs and translating requirements into novel product shapes

- Work closely with Partnership team to onboard AI companies and facilitate rapid prototyping

Analysis & Optimization

- Leverage strong analytical skills to dive into data, test hypotheses, and make informed trade-offs

- Regularly undertake reviews to understand product performance, partnerships, customer adoption, and business value

What you'll bring
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, software or platform products

- Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders, leading initiatives that span multiple Product and Engineering teams and influencing roadmap and execution

- Experience in managing projects end-to-end with agile development processes

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to structure ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles

- Computer Science background or other similar technical experience

It's a bonus if you have

- Familiarity with LLM-powered systems, understanding of GenAI and agentic AI technologies

- Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent to Agent (A2A), or similar agent integration standards

- Knowledge of the payments industry; familiarity with agentic commerce protocols (AP2, ACP etc.)

- Experience with eCommerce platforms and merchant tools

- Experience as founder or working within a startup and / or taken a product from 0-1, with an interest in doing the same at a larger scale

About the team

The newly formed Agentic Commerce team focuses on building the future of commerce in the world of AI - transformative products that redefine how AI-powered agents discover products, checkout and complete transactions on behalf of consumers safely and securely. Our vision is to establish Worldpay as the 'universal adapter' that our merchants can leverage to seamlessly allow the plethora of agents and evolving protocols to safely conduct commerce on their platforms.

The team will liaise with Worldpay's existing product teams to evolve our existing products, such as fraud tools, payment optimization products, dashboards, disputes platforms, to be agent ready. We will also work with Commercial, GTM, Marketing, and other teams to ensure the products we build are rooted in our merchants' needs, and drive thought leadership working alongside other industry players and advocating on behalf of our merchants. The team remit also involves forging and developing relationships with the players at the cutting edge of AI, such as Google, OpenAI, Meta, and others.

Together, our collective goal is to push the boundaries of ecommerce as we know today and support our merchants in accessing new customers and allowing even more seamless payment experiences of the future.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $157,800.00-$238,275.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.This position is eligible for bonus.
