  • Mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and impact, implementing best practices in data management and eCommerce analysis.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, tech, and data teams to ensure reporting, insights, and strategies align with broader company goals.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to align forecasts with product launches, marketing spends, and brand strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Planning team to ensure product-level forecasts are aligned with channel expectations.

Innovation & Technology:

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for self-service and operational reporting using industry-leading tools and best practices.
  • Introduce innovative analytical techniques and tools, enabling advanced business analytics and driving online ROI.
