The Paid Social Supervisor serves as a senior client-facing lead on large, complex accounts - driving full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and secondary platforms, overseeing team execution, and acting as a client sponsor on priority engagements. This role bridges senior strategy and daily account operations, ensuring quality, performance, and team development across a portfolio of accounts.
What You'll Do Here:
Client Strategy & Senior Leadership (50%)
  • Act as client sponsor and senior point of contact on priority paid social accounts
  • Lead full-funnel paid social strategy across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and secondary platforms
  • Own paid social strategy and client delivery for a portfolio of accounts; delegate execution to junior team members
  • Attend all client status calls and own the paid social agenda
  • Provide strategic POVs on platform performance, creative strategy, measurement, and emerging opportunities
  • Lead conversations around attribution, pixel strategy, and data integration with client and internal analytics teams

Process, Reporting & Innovation (30%)
  • Evaluate new ad formats, platform betas, and test-and-learn opportunities across primary and secondary platforms
  • Develop and maintain strategic recommendations, testing frameworks, and creative rotation strategies
  • Assist with MBR/QBR storytelling and senior client presentations
  • Create and improve existing processes for the larger paid social team to improve efficiency
  • Maintain and develop experience managing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and at least two secondary platforms

Team Management & Development (20%)
  • Manage the paid social team across assigned accounts including day-to-day mentorship of Managers, Specialists, and Associates
  • Oversee campaign performance across assigned portfolio and ensure KPI targets are consistently met
  • Review and QA campaign setups and optimization recommendations before client delivery
  • Lead complex, multi-platform campaign builds and cross-channel audience strategies
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support for team growth and professional development
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
We Need a Person With:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in paid social or digital advertising
  • Proven track record managing senior client relationships and leading account teams
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok required; secondary platform experience required
  • Experience with full-funnel paid social strategy including brand awareness and direct response
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and secondary platforms
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of developing talent
  • Excellent client communication skills with the ability to present with authority and clarity
  • Strategic and analytical - able to connect paid social performance to broader business outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts with competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interface with poise and confidence with leadership and clients
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality with business matters and employee privacy

Compensation:
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina.
