A full service law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Group at the Of Counsel level. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level attorney with deep experience advising high net worth clients on sophisticated estate matters. Attorneys joining the firm work alongside highly regarded professionals in a collaborative environment that values innovation, client service, and long term career growth.

Must Haves
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience practicing Tax, Trusts & Estates law.
  • Strong background in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters.
  • Experience advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies.
  • Admission to both New Jersey and New York bars.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and client service skills.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with business succession planning and family wealth transfer strategies.
  • Exposure to charitable and philanthropic planning matters.
  • Experience structuring family partnerships, family limited liability companies, and similar planning vehicles.
  • Prior law firm experience or comparable private practice background.
  • Experience with sophisticated estate planning techniques and structures.
Compensation & Benefits
