The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and executing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment with client objectives. - Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents. - Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. - Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.

- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering project management. - Strong knowledge of civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
