Job description

Our clinet is currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience in all disciplines of civil engineering for both municipal infrastructure projects and site development projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in roadway, water, sewer, drainage, and wastewater design projects. Great opportunity for an engineer who wants to be involved in a variety of civil engineering projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Duties will include the planning, design, and construction administration of a variety of civil engineering projects
  • Preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates and layouts for residential, commercial, and public works improvement projects
  • Project management, including working with clients, managing and directing staff members through all phases of projects
  • Some travel will be required to client meetings and project sites

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree
  • At least 10 years of civil engineering experience
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Registration preferred
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D
  • Understanding of Massachusetts Stormwater Management Standards
  • Attention to detail and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
