Software/Web Developer III Responsibilities Include: * Supports software and web development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration * Analyzes and studies customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies * Designs, create, tests and maintains software and web based applications and content solutions * Designs and develops visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation * Develops and maintains software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades * Provides software process management and configuration management throughout the software/web development lifecycle * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Software/Web Developer III Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: * Current TS/SCI security clearance with the willingness and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph
* Bachelor's degree or experience in related field (Related work experience considered instead of degree)
* Minimum of six (6) years related technical experience in Web Design or Software and experience with large-scale enterprise/global networks in a highly diverse environment
* Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance
* Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents and present oral presentations to senior/executive management
* Proficient in MS Office suite - Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
* Understanding and experience with the DoD Architecture Framework and other key DoD network architecture and strategic planning instructions..
* Ability to work individually, actively participate on integrated teams, and lead a task, project or team.
