As we implement SAP across our global commercial organization, we're seeking a highly experienced commercial leader who understands the realities of sales, customer relationships, product management, pricing, and supply chain operations within the polymers, chemicals, plastics, or industrial distribution industries.

This is not a traditional SAP role.

We're looking for someone who can serve as the voice of the business—helping ensure our commercial teams are equipped with processes, tools, and systems that drive growth, improve customer experiences, and position Ravago for long-term success.

The Senior Commercial Advisor – SAP Transformation will act as a strategic partner to Commercial Leadership and the SAP Program Team, helping bridge business needs with technology solutions while driving adoption, alignment, and organizational readiness across multiple business units.

What You'll DoLead Commercial Transformation

• Partner with commercial stakeholders to define and optimize future-state business processes.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable SAP-enabled solutions.
• Drive process standardization and operational improvements across commercial functions.
• Evaluate system functionality through the lens of customer experience, business value, and commercial effectiveness.
• Participate in process design sessions, testing, validation, issue resolution, and deployment activities.

Serve as a Trusted Business Advisor

• Act as the primary liaison between Commercial Leadership and the SAP Program Team.
• Represent the needs of Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams throughout implementation.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships that support successful transformation efforts.
• Provide industry insight and commercial expertise to guide decision-making.

Drive Adoption & Organizational Change

• Champion new ways of working and support the transition to SAP-enabled processes.
• Help develop communication, training, and change management strategies.
• Identify risks, barriers, and opportunities related to adoption.
• Coach stakeholders and leaders through transformation activities.

Support Long-Term Business Improvement

• Continue to drive process optimization and commercial excellence beyond implementation.
• Partner with leadership to identify future opportunities for efficiency, growth, and customer value creation.
• Use data and business insights to influence strategic decisions.
• Act as a thought partner on future transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within polymers, plastics, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Experience working with SAP or other complex ERP systems within a commercial business environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, product management, pricing, customer service, and commercial processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP implementation or major ERP transformation experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Background working within private equity-backed or multi-business organizations.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change and large-scale process transformation initiatives.
