Candidate will apply technology and innovation to support agency mission critical application from vision to production ready product, lead modern software development practices and technologies, including agile, DevSecOps, cloud, containers, and microservices and partner with the Chief Systems Architect in providing technical thought leadership as well as driving relevant innovations.
Qualifications:
