ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our wine portfolio. This role will partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in business intelligence tools, strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), hands-on expertise with
Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and the ability and willingness to learn.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/THE DAY-TO-DAY - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales performance, inventory management, depletion tracking, and financial analysis
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from Business Central (BC) and other internal/external data sources
- Build and manage scalable data models/Apps to support forecasting, pricing strategy, and distributor performance tracking
- Develop custom business applications using Power Apps/Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Monitor KPIs across key channels (on/off premise, DTC, wholesale) and provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems
- Support ad hoc analysis, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives
- Train and support business users on reporting tools and self-service analytics
- Maintain data quality and accuracy; Manage Data Warehouse and ensure efficient and clean data flow from source to destination
- Ability to work in a priority-driven environment, managing multiple and changing tasks.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design business intelligence solutions

Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or similar role
Skills: - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or similar ERP systems
- Hands-on experience building applications and automations using Power Apps
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, etc.)
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI (strongly preferred)
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
