LPN or RN - Full-Time Nights at Acacia Health Center Skilled Nursing
Pay Rate: $30-$42 per hour (Depending on LPN/RN License and Tenure)
Shift: 12 hour night shifts - 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Split Schedule: Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday then Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Your Role:
As a Night Nurse, you will provide direct care, assist residents, and are responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administers medications.
  • Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
  • Accurate and thorough completion of skilled charting, change of condition, monthly charting, evaluations, and all other regulatory documentation as assigned.
  • Assists in admission and discharge procedures.
  • Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
  • Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.

Who You Are:
  • Current RN or LPN license in Arizona
  • Valid CPR certification with BLS, First Aid and training in AED procedures
  • 6 months nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a hospitable attitude
  • Physical fitness, capable of meeting the demands of the job, including lifting up to 40 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 125 pounds
  • Patient and compassionate, especially when caring for individuals who are sick, injured, elderly, or from diverse backgrounds
  • Comfortable receiving the flu vaccine
