Job Description

  • Manage daily bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile operating and attorney trust bank accounts.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records and prepare journal entries.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Monitor accounting processes and recommend workflow improvements.

Qualifications
