Lead, Logistics FP&A at a glance...
The Lead, Logistics FP&A is a key finance partner responsible for owning the end-to-end Logistics P&L across both Transportation and Warehouse. Reporting to the Associate Director of Logistics Finance, this role leads the monthly close, forecast, and budget processes, ensuring financial accuracy and delivering high-quality reporting to internal stakeholders and Business Units. The Lead serves as the single source of truth for Logistics financial results and plays a critical role in translating operational performance into financial insights that support BU conversations and strategic decision-making.

Financial Close & Reporting
  • Own month-end close for the full Logistics P&L, covering both Transportation and Warehouse
  • Consolidate and report actuals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate timelines
  • Deliver the normalized bridge, Logistics model, and all required financial reporting packages
  • Translate Logistics financial performance to the product (EPM) level to support BU conversations

Forecasting & Budgeting
  • Lead the monthly forecast and annual budget process for Logistics at both BU and operational level
  • Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities throughout the year
  • Partner with Financial Performance leads (Transportation & Warehouse) to incorporate operational inputs into the forecast
  • Integrate Logistics budgets and forecasts into business review cadences

Business Partnership & Insights
  • Act as primary FP&A point of contact for the AD, Logistics Finance and key internal stakeholders
  • Support the VP of Logistics and BU Supply Chain Finance Directors with financial analysis and ad-hoc requests
  • Build financial models and tools to improve reporting efficiency and analytical depth
  • Partner with Finance Intelligence to develop and implement AI-powered reporting tools

Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts and managers across Chicago and Mexico City (dotted line)
  • Set clear priorities, manage workload distribution, and ensure team delivery across close and forecast cycles
  • Drive process excellence, standardization, and automation across FP&A workflows
  • Support onboarding and capability development within the Logistics Finance team

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; MBA preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting, with FP&A focus
  • Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and leading close and forecast processes
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into operational insights
  • Experience managing or leading direct reports across geographies
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems
  • Strong communication and influencing skills - able to engage cross-functionally and with senior leadership
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Experience with automation or AI tools in a finance context is a plus

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
