Overview
We are seeking a motivated Execution Trader with 0-1 years of professional trading experience and a strong foundation in blockchain markets. This role is ideal for candidates who understand emerging markets, have hands-on experience with spot and derivatives instruments (including perpetual-style contracts and funding rate mechanics), and are eager to support trading operations under the guidance of senior traders. The focus will be on US and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute trades and monitor positions during US market hours
  • Track market trends, news, and economic developments in US and Canadian blockchain markets
  • Support senior traders with trade execution and strategy monitoring
  • Monitor positions, leverage, and funding mechanics
  • Record and report trade activity and portfolio performance
  • Use dashboards and spreadsheets to track trades
  • Work with developers and traders to improve trading tools and processes
  • Follow risk limits and trading procedures
  • Stay updated on new financial products, blockchain market developments, and regulations
Requirements
  • 0-1 years of institutional trading experience or strong exposure to blockchain markets
  • Experience trading spot or derivatives instruments is preferred
  • Basic understanding of leverage, funding mechanics, and derivatives
