Job description

Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for identifying, architecting, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to drive organizational agility and efficiency. The Senior Process Analyst leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that align operational workflows with the company's strategic goals. They serve as a subject matter expert in process methodology, utilizing data-driven insights to eliminate waste and implement scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in process analysis, with a proven track record in large-scale business transformation or change management projects.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), PMP, or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
  • Ability to see the big picture while maintaining an obsessive attention to detail regarding technical workflows.
  • Exceptional negotiation and storytelling skills; the ability to translate technical process gaps into business value for executives.
  • Advanced skills in BPMN 2.0, Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) is highly preferred.

  • Data Analysis & ROI: Quantify the impact of process changes. Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process health and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops with senior leadership and frontline staff to build consensus and manage the "people" side of change.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean, six sigma, or agile methodologies across the organization to foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain a centralized repository of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
