We are seeking a resourceful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant in the Cancer Center! If you are proactive and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!
What's Available:
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8am-5pm
  • Department: Cancer Center
  • Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI
What You'll Do:
  • Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and business documents, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and support for divisional goals and decision-making
  • Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
  • Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, while serving as a resource and mentor to office support staff and ensuring timely completion of confidential and high-priority assignments.

What You' Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work required
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in office, secretarial, or administrative setting required
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative team-player approach
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and detail-orientation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications desired
