Pines Athletic Club is looking for a part-time Assistant Coach to help lead youth sports training sessions in a positive, structured, and competitive environment. 


The Assistant Coach will support lead coaches during PAC training sessions by helping keep athletes active, engaged, and focused on skill development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, understands the importance of effort and consistency, and can represent PAC in a professional and responsible way.


Responsibilities include:

Assist with youth sports training sessions

Help keep players active, engaged, and organized

Support skill development through drills, reps, and competition

Maintain a positive and disciplined environment

Communicate respectfully with players, parents, and PAC leadership

Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to coach

Follow PAC safety, conduct, and coaching standards


Ideal candidates should:

Enjoy working with youth athletes

Be reliable, energetic, and coachable

Communicate clearly and professionally

Be able to help maintain structure and discipline

Prioritize player development, effort, and consistency

Complete any required background checks or PAC training


Experience playing and/or coaching basketball, baseball, football, strength training and track/cross country preferred. 


This is a part-time position with pay based on role, experience, and session type. 


Evenings required and some weekends.
